I just stopped in one day to look at some SUV’s…I just got a doggy and needed some more room for us.. this kind lovely lady came out to help me .. Shirley the queen bee, is the most amazing sales woman to work with. I bought a used SUV and she made sure that everything was done properly. I own a 2003 Corvette Z06 that was in need of tires. I contacted John Bear and was directed to GM Jeremy. My previous investigation of these tires showed that they were constantly on backorder. This was in November of 2025. Jeremy asked me to leave it with him as he consulted his Parts Department. A few days later, I received a call from Jeremy that the tires were ordered and would arrive, perhaps, in March of 2026, and they did. As my car was in storage till the end of April, Jeremy and his team accommodated my schedule, and we made a service appointment for the first week in May. I arrived and was greeted with a smile by Terry Lynn in service. I left my car there feeling I was leaving it in very capable hands. Three hours later, I received a text from Terry Lynn that my Vette was wearing new rubber. These are very expensive Goodyear F1 Supercar tires on very expensive magnesium rims. As the owner, there is an element of concern in that high-profile scenario. The first thing I noticed is that the installer properly updated the 'balancing' method from outside to inside. That impressed me. Both Terry Lynn and Jeremy joined me outside for the celebratory inspection. The service transaction was accurate as discussed, 5 months earlier. From enquiry to completion of this service, I felt valued as a customer and confident as a proud Corvette owner, in John Bear's ability to successfully complete the mission. My 5-star rating was well earned.
