Having worked with multiple service advisors here, each one is straightforward. The wait times are generally accurate, and the whole experience feels efficient without being rushed. Pro: The seamless handling of a post-warranty oil leak repair stood out. The service team coordinated directly with the extended warranty provider and got it resolved without unnecessary back-and-forth. No pressure. No runaround. Con: I can't really think of anything that is worth mentioning here. Never had a real problem here. Tip: Best to come in knowing your maintenance schedule, as it helps everything move faster and makes it easier to plan on what actually has to be done during your visit.
