John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington

I recently took my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 here for some sensor malfunctions coming from service shifter and parksense. I do a lot of my own maintenance on my truck, but sometimes you have to take it to the dealer and let the professionals do it. I live an hour away from this dealer but I still decide to come here because of the service they provide here. There's a certain dealer in Fayetteville that I will absolutely never go to again, even though its closer. The whole staff I interacted with here at John Hiester were extremely professional and helpful. My service advisor Max was quite literally the best I've ever encountered. He made sure I was taken care of as well as my truck. The communication was also the best. Thank you very much. Shout out to Mr. Richard for picking me up as well. Thank you sir. I greatly appreciate the care, respect, and service this dealer provided by all parties involved to me and my truck. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here if you need some work done. A lot of life events made our family take a step back and rethink what we were driving. We had a great experience at John Hiester! Ronny was awesome — he really listened to what we needed and helped us find the right fit. The negotiation got a little tense, but it was totally worth it.
