I originally went in for a jeep. But honestly I am so happy I left with the new Buick Encore. It’s absolutely beautiful and the salesmen were so nice and very accommodating, even asking if I needed a snack or drink! That’s not service you see anymore. They truly made me feel important and they listened to all my car concerns and what I needed. 10/10 will highly recommend that if you need a new car, definitely find your way down 79 and go to John Hinderer jeep dodge.
Highly recommend Chris Rice if your looking to buy a car. My husband and I went to other car lots and they were so pushy that we just walked. Not Chris he didn't push at all. Great for sales. Thanks for helping me get my new 2026 jeep Wrangler 🩶 love it

I DO NOT recommend John Hinderer’s service department. I took my truck in today for service, and the service advisor came out and told me they “couldn’t get my lug nuts off.” I found that hard to believe considering I had them off myself just two weeks ago when I changed my brakes. Then I was told they wanted to charge me an additional $100 for the technician to hammer a socket onto the lug nuts to remove the front tire. At that point, I told them to forget it and took my truck to another local Ram dealer. The other dealership had absolutely no issues removing the tire or servicing the truck. Based on my experience today, I would highly not recommend their service department.
