Fair price for vehicles and fair trade-in value was given. No haggling, they gave me their best offer 1st. No forced dealer add-ons that I needed to pay for. Car was detailed and gas tank was full on delivery. I've been to several Ford dealers in the Philly area over the years and this one is by far the best. Service was great too, when I had to bring the vehicle in for a minor fix. Completed in under an hour.

Kevin made it very easy to sign all the documents. The team made everything easy, and after the marathon email exchange, we spent less than an hour at the dealership signing paperwork and driving off. Overall, it was a great experience. We love the vehicles and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

Based on past experience, I never thought customer service could be this good. As soon as I called Lauren G a service advisor at the Jenkintown location, I was pleasantly surprised. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of the issue you may have and how to resolve it. I really loved the communication of every step, and the kindness of the drivers that would pick up my car and bring it back to me. I am also grateful to the service department for being up-to-date and ready to resolve the recalls. The app that they use is wonderful and gives you information where your car is and when it comes back to you. Honestly, I could go on about what a wonderful experience this was and how I will be at THIS dealership when my current lease is up. Had a very great experience with the service department! Steve did me right- got me in last minute when I discovered that my inspection was expired, which I sooo greatly appreciated! Additionally I was having trouble with my battery and he was able to determine this was a warranty fix which helped a bit! All that plus they wash the car! I highly recommend this dealership!!!
