The service team at John Kennedy Ford of Phoenixville is top notch quality. I have been having my 2016 Ford Taurus Limited serviced by them exclusively for all major repairs for 3 years now and I have never regretted my decision to switch from the JKF of Norristown. Just today, Chris, the Service Manager, replaced by old halogen bulbs with new and powerful LEDs and he took my car in without an appointment and did the work himself. My wait time was less than 15 minutes and for scheduled repairs, the wait time is usually way less than they estimate. They have even taken appointments with less than 30 minutes notice in the afternoons. It is so very nice to know that this dealership has such caring, compassionate, and honest service advisors. Every interaction with any member of their team has always made me feel appreciated and as long term Ford vehicle purchaser, this keeps me coming back.
