Stacey was great! I did an email inquiry the night before and got all set up for the next morning at 9am. Did a test drive and sat down in the office and discussed numbers. Tommy and stacey worked it out to a great deal for me and john wrote it all up. Everyone was professional and helpful. Dont let negative reviews stray you away from coming to this dealership. Just go talk with them. They are really down to earth and friendly. Of course they want to get you in a vehicle, but they want to get you in the right vehicle at a price that works for you! I've always disliked the task of going to a dealership and purchasing a new vehicle. But these guys were great, and the customer treatment was genuine. You get what you give. This team gave great customer service so they get 5 stars in my book. Thank you so much for assisting in the purchase of my "new to me" 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 lt z71. We had a fantastic experience working with Joe Sachs at John Kennedy Ford in Pottstown. From the start, it was a completely no-pressure sale, which we really appreciated. We actually traveled 90 minutes just to look at and test drive the vehicle, which was used, and Joe was extremely helpful throughout the entire process as we were in communication for about a week prior. He made everything easy, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or obligated. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Joe even had the paperwork ready to go in case we decided to purchase—but again, there was absolutely no pressure. Highly recommend working with Joe if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

I took my truck in over the weekend for an oil change. I dealt with Chuck (service advisor) and he went out of his way to make sure my oil change got done in a timely manner. It is refreshing to know people like Chuck still exist in service departments. Thanks to John Kennedy Ford and Chuck for making me feel like a valued customer.

She worked with Nick, the sales manager, to put together a great deal on the truck and a fair value on my trade. Finally John finished up the process in an equally relaxed, no pressure way. I just bought a car for the first time and I didn’t have the greatest situation but they made it work I got a car with all my wants and the process was easy going and everyone was beyond polite overall great experience I would recommend this location to anyone I personally dealt with Stacey she made the experience easy and positive overall all the staff was polite and they were very honest about all questions asked and provided documentation for anything I asked about and hooked me up with a great deal overall 10/10 experience
