Ivan was a very knowledgeable, low pressure salesman. The whole experience was very informative and low stress. Ivan effectively answered all of my questions and did a great job of educating my on the product. John Watson Chevrolet had a great vibe and was a very pleasant place to shop for a vehicle. On a side note, they have a pretty cool collection of cars that Ivan allowed us to see. I flew in all the way from Alaska to pick up a 2013 Suburban 2500, and the entire process could not have been smoother. Ivan was 100% straightforward, honest, and transparent from start to finish. Everything he told me about the vehicle was exactly what I saw when I arrived—no surprise, no games. Just genuine professionalism and great customer service. Ivan went above and beyond any salesman has ever done for me before. The Suburban was exactly as described, the paperwork was quick and easy, and I was on the road in no time. I then drove it all the way back to Alaska towing a trailer with zero issues. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Traded my Honda Odyssey in this last week and upgraded to a Tahoe. Our salesman Max was the best! Didn't put on any pressure ..super helpful and funny. We really enjoyed buying our new SUV with him. Everyone was excellent and they have the coolest muscle cars in the building that you can look at as well. They made the process a breeze! If you're looking for a new car I definitely recommend this place and Max! Love our new Tahoe!
