John was completely thorough with every vehicle. He was upfront with any repairs that might need taken care of..He adjusted the payment to make it affordable for us. John is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a business. Would not recommend. Never around, does not return calls or get back to you in a timely manner. When called about something, and you do finally reach him, he comes up with so many different excuses of what the reason is. He tells you that he's in the office or will be there but then he's not. Can't believe him on anything he says.
