We purchased a 2019 Honda from Johnson City Toyota and it was a great experience. I dealt with Megan and she is an amazing person that was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped locate a car for our son when the one vehicle that we wanted to buy was unavailable. Megan was sending us more options daily. Truly an awesome person. My family and I recently went shopping for my daughter's first car. We had a great experience here! I was impressed with the size of the lot and amount of inventory. Our salesman, James, was extremely helpful and showed us vehicles that fit our needs and budget. He worked with us to get a deal we could afford on a great vehicle! Justin got us through all the paperwork efficiently and got us on our way. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! There was no pressure at any point and they've been great after the sale as well. I missed his call, but James left me a voicemail following up to thank us and wish us well. When I reached out to the finance department regarding some service agreements I had purchased they were very responsive and helpful as well! Thank you all for a great car buying experience!
