Just bought a new Yukon XL from Johnson Motors and it was hands down the best car buying experience I've had. No pressure, no games, completely transparent on pricing and trade value from the start. I traded in my BMW X7 and the whole process was easy and fast from first contact to final paperwork. Jeff Johnson, Grant Weber, Daine Jewell, and Jordan Fedderly were each outstanding — straightforward, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time at every step. But here's the part that genuinely floored me: I'm in Iowa. Rather than have me make the trip to Menomonie, Jordan Fedderly personally drove my new Yukon XL to me — a 5-hour drive, one way. Let that sink in. A salesperson volunteered a 10-hour round trip just to save the customer the hassle. I've never had a dealer do anything remotely close to that, and I've bought a lot of cars. The only reason I won't be using them for service is the distance — and that's genuinely frustrating, because I would. If you're anywhere near Menomonie and in the market for a GMC, start here and don't waste your time anywhere else. I'd buy from Johnson Motors again without a second thought.

Highly recommended dealership to work with. They had Honest and upfront pricing and zero pressure to buy anything. I drove in from Minnesota because they had the truck that I was looking for. Gunner, Jeff and Grant were absolutely amazing to work with, and they bent over backwards to make sure I wouldn’t have to make the hundred mile journey back out to the dealership from my home. The general manager Jeff Johnson even drove all the way out to my house to hand-deliver some paperwork that we couldn’t finish at the dealership.
