I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I purchased a brand-new Dodge Durango expecting it to be delivered in excellent condition. Instead, the vehicle was delivered with multiple scratches and dents that should never have been present on a new vehicle. The most frustrating part has been the lack of customer service after the sale. Once the paperwork was completed, it felt like the dealership no longer cared about addressing my concerns. I have contacted them regarding the damage, but my issues have not been taken seriously and no satisfactory solution has been provided. Buying a new vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve both a properly inspected vehicle and professional support when problems arise. I am posting this review in the hope that management will take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle they delivered and work toward a fair resolution. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before taking delivery and to ensure that any issues are documented immediately.

Johnston Chrysler is the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Anna Alfieri in Service was my first point of contact, and she is awesome. Friendly, informative and so efficient. The change over from my previous dealership, was seamless because in short order she gave me all the information I had been looking for at my previous dealership. She got my Jeep booked in quickly, the service performed was excellent and I got my vehicle back more quickly than expected. I have had the occasion to be in the service department 4 times so far, and all the support staff from parts dept to the service techs was enjoyable - everyone is so friendly and eager to assist. I highly recommend Johnston Chrysler without hesitation.

Had a great experience buying my truck from Moe at Johnston Chrysler. Super easy to deal with, honest, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Very happy with my truck and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I don't personally deal with this dealership but my son in law does and I had to bring his truck in for an oil change the other day. Their service department is top notch going above and beyond to make the customer happy. Especially Anna. She takes it to heart and wants all of her customers pleased by the end of the day. Their lounge area is super comfy while waiting and has fresh coffee or tea. Might I suggest a different chanel on the tv though? It was boring and nobody was watching it lol.
