Joliette Mitsubishi

Went to the dealer to visit a used vehicle. The seller we spoke too, Jonathan, was arrogant and did not know anything about the car and didn't seem to care. He handed us the Carfax report and told us to read it. We asked for some details on number of owners, he answered "I can't know all the cars, its all there just read it". We asked again if he knew anything and he just snached the Carfax report from us and read it to us like we were children. We asked if the car had winter or summer tires on, and he didn't know and didn't seem bothered to know. He later told us about the tires, but it seemed to annoy him. I would consider him a lazy salesman. When we got into the vehicle, it was noticeably clean-dirty and smelled like an old taxi. It felt as thought they had tried to clean it but very quickly. Maybe they hadn't fully cleaned the vehicle yet, but either way it was a terrible smell. Even if the car was in better order, the salesman's attitude was terrible and we would never have purchased from him. I would not return here to purchase a vehicle.

Took an appointment with them in order to try a car. They then increased the price right before the appointement... Unprofessional and weird way to do business.

Saw a jeep wrangler for sale at mitsibishi joliette that interresred me. So i emailed them and a so called Julien set up an apointment for me thinking he was the sales associate. I live in montreal and drove 30 min when the dealer called me telling me that i will not be able to see or test drive the jeep, cause the manager sent it to get washed and it didnt get back on time and they do not have access to the jeep. I told them , why didnt you call me ealier. They had mo excuse and said it was his bosses fault. So i went anyways since i was 15min away. When i got there Jonathan met me and said sorry about the inconvinience and that it was his bosses fault. ( if it was me i would get in trouble but not my boss he said ) with an anoyed look. He didnt offer me to see the jeep trough the window. Wich they said i would be able to. Went straight to his office and started telling me about the jeep. Then he said that the price listed was the final price if i wanted the jeep. I asked to negotiate and he said we cant. Told him julien said you would. He started saying that julien was a call center and doesnt know anything. Then he started bashing other dealerships saying that they lie and sell their car as is without repairs. When i told him thats not true, he insisted with an example of a new hire there , and he told him that. Plus he had a new employee he was training and was showing him the wrong way to deal with customers. When i got up and said i am not interrested anymore, than he asked me how much i was willing to pay. ( after saying that's the price and no negitoating ) i told him i am not interrested cause the whole thing was a waste of my time and lies. I have my owm bussiness and i never treates my customers like that. I have 2 cars and i never seen such poor service. I have very high integraty and was so disspointes. I usually refer 5 to 8 people to dealers when i like the service. They lost me and all me referrels.

I’m really happy with my experience at Joliette Mitsubishi, was my first time buying an electric car so I had A LOT of questions. Jade was super helpful, patient, and made the whole experience really easy. Communication was excellent and she was always quick to respond to my emails and messages. Thankyou so much

So i kept calling and contacting this dealership for this vehicle i really liked. My every call and email was responded with “somebody will respond you shortly” and that shortly never came. I asked my friends to call and inquire about the same car since nobody was responding to calls or email, that car was sold today. I lost a good potential car just cz they dont know how to actually serve customer.
