I truly had an amazing, stress-free car buying experience from beginning to end!! Thank you Mike and Joe!! I absolutely LOVE my Chevrolet Trax...and would 100% recommend Jones Chevrolet GMC to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

We just recieved our vehicle back after this been the 2nd time there for a starter issue. They failed to check the flexplate for missing teeth after I toldem it was grinding before it stopped now the starter just free spins like its hitting nothing. They slap a starter in it and it stops within a month. Had it towed to jones again this time it was there for 5 weeks 1 day for flexplate replacement. We were told it was being worked on then to it hasnt been touched missed 4 completion dates. Missed 3 before my dad got involved bc he was a lifetime customer. He managed to get me a loaner so I had a way to actually have a Christmas and be able to drive to family. I was quoted 1700-1900 for the job ended up being 2350. We got the car back and it immediately had problems with traction control not working as soon as i accelerated onto the highway. I took it back to let them know they dont give a shit tried to offer to repair the speed sensor at a cost of course. I toldem no I know for a fact it wasnt broken and im not spending any more money here and left. My vehicle wont allow me to go over 1700 rpm due to the sensor being broke. This vehicle ran perfectly fine minus the starter. Before it was in their hands. They also said they broke some sensor on the left side also removing the axel. But they replaced that 1. I wanted to buy my next vehicle here but after hearing stories first hand and now seen a fresh 1 similar to my review up here I will never ever take my vehicle back here or buy 1 from here. I'll stick with shultz for my next 1. Having shultz look over the work they did they are going to replace the front right and check and make sure my axel was put back together correctly because since Jones there is also a reoccurring bump comming from front left where they pulled the axel. So the mechanics there have no idea what they are doing we were also told that from multiple people their vehicles have been there since July.

Sales person was helpful and informative. Financial manager nearly lost Jones the sale. Figures were incorrect and his demeanor and attitude was unappreciated. Rushed through process like bothered by the whole process.

In 2022 I purchased a new Chevy Silverado 1500 equipped with the 6.2 L engine from Jones Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this engine is one of the engines involved in a nationwide recall due to manufacturing defects which cause engine failure. Ultimately the engine failed in my truck. The truck was taken back to Jones Chevrolet on 11/6/25 for repairs which is covered by the recall. The truck only has 44,000 miles on it so would also be covered under the original 5 yr/60,000 warranty. Upon dropping the vehicle off I requested if Jones had a loaner vehicle program. I was informed they do not. I was eventually advised that the engine was bad and was going to be replaced under the recall. I have been advised multiple start dates and completion dates on my truck. To date I still do not have my vehicle back. On 12/25/25, Jones Chevrolet will have had my truck for 7 weeks. I have had to borrow family members cars, juggle appointments and struggle to get work at times because they have not started working on my truck. As of 12/19/25 the truck still sits outside untouched. The replacement engine was delivered to Jones in the latter part of November, so the replacement engine is not the issue. I am completely frustrated with Jones Chevrolet. I keep getting bumped back on the work schedule because warranty work does not get compensated as much as the general public's business. Jones Chevrolet and GM have completely failed me. I am still making payments on the truck, I have no loaner vehicle to drive and there seems to be no end in sight for the new year. So much for patronizing a local business.... They don't care.

Passing through and was looking to charge, happy to see not only that they invested in the equipment but the prices were beyond reasonable. Incredibly jealous that I don’t have a dealer in Erie that offers this type of post-purchase support.
