Jones Junction

I just recently purchase a used car from Jones Junctions Used Car Dealership. Although the dealership is pretty far away it worth the ride. Jones offer normal used cars like Toyotas, Subarus and Dodges however if you looking for something uncommon cars such as Lexus, Acuras, and others they sometime have those in their inventory however they don't stay long. I was initially communicating with the internet manager Meredith via text who was able to share with my details about the cars I was interested. She sent me the full cost breakdown on the cars I was interest in before make the hour drive to the Jones dealership. A pond my arrive I was greeted by Yoonah Park the sales women that would be help me with the deal. She pull the car I was looking at up, and we took a short test drive. She was very welcoming, pleasant and patience. Allowing me the time to review the car details and make the best sound decision for myself. My mentor wasn't able to be there in person however she was able to participate over the phone talking with finance manager and helping me get the additional clarity I needed to purchase the car. 2016 Lexus IS300. After a few months I can say I'm happy with my purchase.

Phil Jaehnig was the most patient & kindest salesman I have ever worked with. I went to him looking for a 3 row suv and told him what I could afford. He went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted for the price I needed. Todd at Kia & Layton (I believe is his name) were also incredibly helpful and helped make the process as easy as possible. I will always buy my car from Phil at Jones!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. My salesperson Dennis Bushee, was kind, considerate and made sure that I liked the vehicle before purchasing it. He was not pushy and fought really hard for me to get the best deal. They gave me great value for my trade-in. If you go to Jones kia, be sure to ask for dennis. My daughter, and daughter-in-law both purchased their vehicles from Jones Junction also. One purchased a kia, and the one purchased the hyundai. We have all had really good experiences.

The worst dealership I have ever been to. Time and time again they fail and fail again. I just bought a used 2017 chevy equinox with 45,000 miles. 6 months later the transmission fails. Prior to that I bought a new 2016 Kia Forte. The thing burns oil and Jones pushes me off denying it until the warranty is up. The minimum wage technicians can't even compete a tire rotation. Please do not buy a car from this dealership. They will lie through their teeth just to get you to sign your name. Certainly don't take your car to get serviced here or you will get it back in worse shape then when you dropped it off. I can't stress this enough DON'T GO TO JONES JUNCTION!

Best car buying experience of my adult life! Gary and Ken made it fun and easy. No pressure. Great salesmanship and professionalism! Something you hardly experience these days. Price was better than expected. So WIN 🏆 WIN for me.. Was a former long time customer at another Jeep dealer. Gary asked me to take the drive and Ken handled the sale. Then Kim in finance finished up with efficiency! Cant say enough good things about the experience and I am in sales so expect the royal treatment - I got it !!!!
