I showed up 30 minutes before they opened and felt like the entire staff was on a mission with me to build the fairest deal in the fastest amount of time. Teruko was extremely helpful, full of joy, and made the process fun. This is my sixth new car from five different dealerships and easily the best experience I’ve had. Perfect service. Professional, on time,, loaner auto all set to go. I love dealing with Jill and Matt. Jill makes sure I have my appointments and gets me to the right person to answer any questions. Working with Matt in service is great. He is the only person I want to deal with. I feel like he gives me honest answers and takes care of issues. He is professional, friendly. She is always available and efficient while assuring me it was routine maintenance. Drop off with Matt took less than 5 minutes, as Matt had all my paperwork ready to go. Kaitlyn shuttled me home. Got text car was ready, a required maintenance done. And car was washed and dried. I love dealing with this staff. They are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jill and Matt are wonderful to deal with and make this Lexus dealership great.
Jason did a wonderful job taking care of us , with our purchase of Genesis GV70. He even gave my husband a T shirt that he wanted and paid for it himself. Everything went very smoothly, the other associates were friendly and thorough.
