I needed an uncommon size of tire. Everyone I called gave me the run around. I spoke with Cache in the service department. In less than 24 hrs. They had my weird tire on the trailer at a fair price and I was back in business.

I brought my car in for some warranty work and these are the ways they messed up: 1) There was a service bulletin for one of the issues and they failed to correct the issue, or even document that I had been in. This resulted in wasted days running to a better dealership. 2) Fixing another issue, they damaged my center console. Luckily it is in a place that cannot be seen, but still. 3) This is the most frustrating, and the reason for the review, they serviced the rear brakes and tightened the lug-nuts on one of the sides so tight I needed a 3' bar to break them loose. Had there been a flat, I would not have been able to change the tire on the side of the road, or worse yet, the studs could have snapped from being over torqued resulting in the wheel coming off. They seem to make stuff up as they go along, don't look at service information and damage pieces. My suggestion, don't go here. It may cost you time, money and potentially your life with the way they service vehicles.

Top notch dealership and service. Always fair and honest. Wish they had the commercial line So I could buy more trucks from them.

I adore these guys, I'm the local window painter and I just have to say I've never met a friendlier or more helpful lot in my life. They rock and all the customers I hear coming in and very happy with their service as well. They have that small town charm and a large selection of models.
