The service rep, Zach, was amazing! He was like my best friend as far as taking care of of my little 2019 Ecosport with a rear hatch lock issue. They worked hard to diagnose the problem. The part was a total sticker shock, I was expecting a $300 repair job total but the part alone was close to $400 for the actuator, a very specific part for this model, even Zach was shocked and apologized whole heartedly every time he touched bases with me. He gave me a loaner car while my girl was being fixed about 5 days including the weekend. Zach went above and beyond to search the Nation for a rebuilt part, an off brand part, a discounted part. Nothing. I was stuck getting that Ford genuine actuator for $400+ including tax plus 3.5hrs service. He tried to save me some money and did get a Veteran’s discount. That failed actuator kept my rear hatch locked unable to open it. They had to take the door panel off from the inside to open it a because it’s such a strange mechanism once they opened it. It wouldn’t close. Leaving me no choice but to approve the repair. Zach kept me informed of the process daily and multiple times per day. They were all great, despite the unexpected sticker shock. They left my car clean and working. I love this auto repair service. I’ve been coming here for 6 years regularly for all my service needs on both my vehicles. When they make a mistake they own it and fix it at no extra charge. This is the kind of honesty I look for in a service shop.

Great service department at Jorgensen Ford! The service team really took care of me. Excellent communication, very friendly and honest, and great work on my F150. I live in Colorado but I broke down in Richfield while driving through on a vacation. They did everything in their power to get me taken care of and back on the road. I took my Bronco sport here to get a hitch installed and they did a great job! They were done sooner than they said and let me use a loaner car to get around while they were working on it. Would definitely recommend going here!
