# Summary The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for exceptional sales experiences and knowledgeable staff members who provide personalized service and transparent dealings. However, service department experiences have been inconsistent, with some customers reporting concerns about diagnostic procedures, communication delays, unresolved vehicle issues, and lack of follow-up on safety-related problems.

I had such a great experience with this dealership. Dennis was my sales person and he made the transaction of purchasing my new car smooth, fun and comfortable. I love my new Envision.

I purchased my truck in October from Joseph Chevrolet in Colerain, and within the first three weeks the motor went out. I contacted the dealership and was told to take it across the street to Joseph Buick GMC in Colerain for repairs. They said it was fixed, but just a few days later the truck wouldn’t start. I later found out the starter had been broken and I was never informed about it. Since then, I’ve continued to have issues. The truck jerks and runs rough, and it recently broke down on my wife while she was driving with our 3-month-old baby in the vehicle. That is completely unacceptable and a serious safety concern. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Communication has been poor, problems keep happening, and now I’m being told there are no rental vehicles available and it could take days or even weeks. After spending this kind of money on a vehicle, I expected reliability and customer support — not constant breakdowns and excuses. At this point, I am formally requesting that the dealership buy back this vehicle or provide a permanent resolution. I no longer feel confident in the safety or reliability of this truck. I am extremely disappointed with both the sales experience and the service departments. Buyers beware.

INCREDIBLE buying experience from start to end. After a not so pleasant shopping experience at another larger dealership in town… lets just say Joseph Buick GMC will receive my business for life!! Car shopping is especially stressful when it is not planned for & can feel intimidating as woman, but I can't say enough good words about the entire team here. Worked with Chris in Sales and Patrick in Finance - 10/10 men & couldn't be happier with my purchase. LOVING my beautiful GMC Terrain Denali 💕

I was disappointed with my recent service experience because it left me feeling uncertain about the quality of care, communication, and customer service I received. My vehicle was towed to the dealership on Friday evening, June 5, 2026. I attempted to call, but later learned when I visited the dealership Saturday morning that the phone system was not properly receiving incoming calls. I was thankful I came in person, because otherwise I would not have known the status of my vehicle. Chris advised that the vehicle would be reviewed on Monday. By noon Monday, I had not received an update, so I called and left a voicemail. I received a return call after 4:30 p.m. stating that the battery had a dead cell and needed to be replaced before any further diagnostics could be completed. However, the battery had just been purchased from AutoZone on May 31, 2026, for approximately $350. I was surprised and disappointed that the dealership’s first recommendation was for me to purchase another battery from them, rather than charging the battery or using another battery temporarily to continue diagnostics. I was also advised that I could return the new battery, request my original core, and then purchase a dealership battery instead. This created additional time and inconvenience. We returned the battery to AutoZone and it was replaced. After bringing the replacement battery back to the dealership Tuesday morning, I was later advised that the entire cooling fan assembly needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,018. Prior to bringing the vehicle to the dealership, another mechanic had indicated that the issue may have been a stuck relay, which would have been a much simpler and less costly repair. I chose to bring my vehicle to the dealership because I wanted the repair completed by certified technicians and backed by the dealership’s warranty. However, the process left me feeling unsure whether the most customer-friendly or cost-effective diagnostic approach was taken. I picked up my vehicle around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9. As I started to leave, I noticed that the passenger-side airbag light was on. I immediately returned to the service center with my vehicle manual in hand. Chris advised that something may not have been pushed back in tightly, but there were no mechanics available at that time. He suggested that I call the next morning and stated that perhaps a loaner vehicle could be arranged while the issue was addressed. I called on June 10 around 8:00 a.m. and left a message. As of June 11, I have not received a return call. Overall, I am disappointed because I rely on my vehicle for safety and daily convenience, and I chose the dealership because I believed it would provide a higher level of expertise, care, and accountability. Instead, the experience made me feel insignificant as a customer and concerned that the service department did not take full pride in resolving my concerns thoroughly and promptly. I would appreciate follow-up from management regarding the diagnostic process, the repair recommendation, the passenger airbag warning light, and the lack of response after my follow-up call.

Chris went above and beyond to find my dream GMC Yukon! He put together a good deal for us with no hidden fees or pressure. He was incredibly helpful taking the time to explain all the features and make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris. Thank you!
