# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise from satisfied customers who highlight the professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach of certain sales staff members who made their purchasing and leasing experiences smooth and efficient. However, negative reviews describe instances of miscommunication regarding trade-in offers, lack of transparency about vehicle condition, aggressive sales tactics, and difficulty obtaining refunds, suggesting inconsistency in service quality and integrity across different staff members.
I had a great experience leasing my new Honda. The sales team (Giancarlo and his Manager in my case) was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find a lease that fit my budget and needs. They explained and answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend Joyce Honda to anyone looking for an honest and positive car leasing experience. Thank you for the excellent service!
I had an amazing experience working with Jordan at the dealership. He was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Jordan took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I fully understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. Jordan genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for my needs rather than just trying to make a sale. He was honest and transparent when it came to pricing and gave me realistic expectations for monthly payments, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful car dealer.
I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot in for a diagnostic check a couple weeks ago. When I went to see the results the tech offered me $500 to personally buy my car, the 1st red flag of my collective 10 hours spent at this location over 2 weeks. The recommended fixes accumulated to well over $10k so things were looking bad for my car. I take days to weigh my options. I meet with Michael in the new car department and he's very nice. I can't commit to a deal and check in that the trade in is $500. He says yes. I ask him clearly and plainly, "this may be a dumb question, but would i get $500 if I just sell you my car." "That's not a dumb question, we would absolutely honor that." I am shocked and glad that I can lock in this transaction. They can't buy my car for the next couple times I ask because the floor manager isn't there to cut the check. I find a day where he is. I approach him and he tells me 3 different ways that this is not going to happen. I let him know I am only here because Michael told me this deal could be honored. He says go find Michael. I walk next door for answers. I assume during this time they call a play to confirm everyone is on board with this not happening. The whole team is now unhelpful and plainly cold. Michael catches me looking for him. He says he understands what I told him and wants to find a way to honor the $500 trade in toward a pre owned vehicle. He says he knows what he promised. I look at him and let him know that the expectation of the sale was set by him. He completely understands this and says he still wants to help although he cannot honor the deal. At this point I have 100% realized the play and resign completely. I tow my car out of the dealership and incur a loss at the price of my time and expectation. In 2026 record all of your interactions with salespeople and hold these folks accountable for their promises. I'll never buy a Honda again, and I have no kind words for people who treat others like idiots or sales. I also chased my keys around the lot for like an hour which was incredibly annoying and felt intentional in some way.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional car-buying experiences I’ve had. I left a $500 refundable deposit on a 2020 Toyota RAV4 after they agreed to replace the windshield “free of charge.” When I came back to complete the deal, they tried to rush me into signing without letting me properly inspect the car. Once I did, I found clear signs of a prior accident (repainted panels, replaced driver’s door, panel gaps). The “new” windshield they installed already looked defective. When I pointed it out, my salesperson Laura said “if anything happens there is warranty on the windshield,” and when I asked for details: “I’m not sure but you can just go inside and sign and we’ll figure that out later.” Completely unacceptable. When I refused to move forward, the manager, Luis, became aggressive and berated me then proceeded to try to pressure me into buying another car. Getting my deposit back was a nightmare. I was sent back and forth between locations, made to wait, avoided, and even referred to as “an angry customer.” They tried to tell me I had to wait until Monday to get my money back. After nearly 2 hours of wasted time, I finally got my $500 back. This place is disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. Between the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and complete disregard for customers’ time, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I originally planning to lease my 2023 Honda CRV until I received a call from Giancarlo, who sold me my last lease. He worked his magic and was able to get me an amazing deal and get me into a 2026 CRV. The entire process was easy as could be, most of it done from over the phone and when I picked up my new car, Steve had already had everything I needed to sign ready to go. I was in and out within the hour. This will be my fourth lease with Joyce Honda and my plates and registration came in within the week as well. Not sure what the future holds but I most certainly will be back for my maintenance and such for the next few years
