I took my Jeep Wrangler in for a clutch replacement under recall at JTs on Graystone Blvd in the middle of January. It went very smoothly! They had a loaner car for me to drive while I was waiting on the work to be done. I received my vehicle back and drove it for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no issues. Then driving home one night, out of the blue, it began to slow down by itself and I could only go 35 to 40 MPH and the message "Service Transmission" came up on the screen! It had gone into "limp mode" to prevent possible damage to the transmission... Thankfully it was later at night and I was able make it home okay. The next day I was able to "limp" back to JTs and they checked it out and fixed it the next day! The Jeeps computer was getting erroneous data from the clutch saying it was overheating even after sitting all night in the service bay, not running! They recalibrated the sensor and computer and that solved the issue. They provided me with free shuttle service home and back to pick up the Jeep. I have not had any problems since. All the folks at JTs were absoulutely fantastic during the whole time of the recall and subsequent issue. I was not charged for the fix since it was related to the recall! I am very, very pleased with the professional and courteous service I received at JTs Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Greystone Blvd!!! They went above and beyond in helping me. Thank You all at JTs!!!

Sales team was extremely friendly and efficient. I was able to trade in two vehicles and buy one of theirs in a short amount of time. I will definitely return to this dealership when I decide to buy another vehicle.

***update: I got a call less than 24 hours of of this review from the service manger Maria. She was very apologetic and even went the extra mile of calling the Kia dealership to move my appointment up. I truly thank you Maria. Our brief conversation lets me know you take matters like this very serious and you didn’t hesitate to turn my interaction into a good one***** I called to schedule an oil change and spoke with an older lady in the service dept. she was very helpful with telling me I called the wrong location based on my vehicle. She stated that although this location doesn’t typically service Kia’s they could indeed do it but would take longer since they would have to get the filters from the Kia dealership. She provided the number to the Kia dealership and said if they had no appts this location had some left for Monday 5.25! I called Kia and they had no slots so I called this location back with 2 minutes and got a younger girl in the service dept. she immediately told me this location doesn’t service Kia. After explaining that I was just told they do she still insisted to tell me I was wrong. She then asked the other lady if she spoke with me and once she said yes she told me to hold on. Came back to the line and said there was no available slots and I can walk in starting at 7:30. I asked to speak to the prev rep and she also stated that within 2 minutes all the slots got filled.I have a hard time believing that slots were filled that fast and that interaction made me not even want to come at all. Poor customer service should never be the standard.
