The worse part about dealerships are going to the pit and feeling like a lamb to the slaughter, however, Cameron the salesman and Steve to sales manager treated us with respect and pretty much gave us the white glove treatment. We did end up buying a truck from them and the experience was as smooth as it could be. I'm sure they were happy with their deal as we were satisfied with the one we got. The finance guy did a great job getting us approved for our loan too.

The team did a nice job at JT’s as we purchased my wife a new car. Rashad, our product specialist, was patient, welcoming and not pushy at all. This goes a very long way in the car buying experience.

Had a great experience at JT's thanks to our salesman Ricki Moore and the team. We started off trading in my husband's 2500 for a new 3500. The new truck had some mechanical issues and they were fast to tow it in and assured us it would be fixed. After talking it over we decided we to go another route. Most dealers at this point would have made us jump through hoops to get them to buy it back and loose money but not them. I met Ricki and Nate in the lobby,told them the new car my husband wanted and they immediately went to work making it happen. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed and finished all the paperwork in a timely process to get us back on the road. We actually ended up trading in my truck as well and again Ricki went above and beyond noticing the pre-owned I picked out had tires a bit worn and had them put on 4 brand new tires at no additional cost. We were back and forth to their dealership about 4 times over the past 10 days between everything and every time they took our vehicles while we waited and filled them up with gas. I can't express how amazing these guys were. My husband and I are now both in new Jeep Wagoneers and couldn't be happier!

I worked with Aaron in sales. He showed me a few Jeeps and let me know that the one I was really interested in was in transit. He put a hold on it once it arrived at the dealership so I had first shot at it. Took it for a test drive and him and service manager Steve pointed out that it needed new tires to smooth the ride out. Aaron kept me up to date daily on the progress and answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. Overall a very good experience and I highly recommend Aaron as your sales guy. I have been looking at Jeeps for almost 9 months and my salesperson Aaron Bush would text me a couple of times a month with potential options.
