I took my Edge in last week and was very impressed with the level of service received. I was acknowledged and helped as soon as I walked in - everyone I spoke to was very friendly, professional and helpful. The service drive thru setup led to a very streamlined experience - in addition to being super clean! My service advisor was Kimberly who listened to the issue my vehicle was having and was very helpful in determining the most likely cause. My vehicle was done quickly that day. When I picked up my vehicle, Kimberly took the time to explain in detail what was done. Excellent service received!

Phoned this business shortly after I had a vehicle collision on February 18th. I was t-boned and left with a door ajar status and my interior lighting would not turn off and I had a 2” gap at the top of the door from the collision. I phoned the service department at this location in an attempt to just have the door ajar status looked at so my battery wouldn’t die if I left my vehicle as I’m from out of town. It was 3:30pm, yes it close to closing time but the lady said they would speak to the shop foreman, foreman gave her the ok for me to swing by in an attempt to help. When I arrived, wasn’t greeted accordingly as I drove in. Waited 15 minutes before somebody from service came to ask what I needed. Told them I was told to come by to have my vehicle looked at. Waited another 10 minutes in the service lobby. Finally, when I was asked by a representative, I told him what I was told when I phoned prior and was turned away because of how busy they were. The representative hadn’t even tried to go speak to the shop foreman whom told the lady over the phone to tell me to come by. A simple 5 minute look would’ve sufficed, drove across the city in a busted truck just to get turned away. A no over the phone would’ve saved me time. So, thanks Jubilee Ford for your terrible customer service!

I want to give a BIG shout out to this ford dealership, Iv been to many ford locations in Canada but by far i had the best experience here! My service advisor Nicole C, did an amazing job taking down all my concerns with my 2025 f150. They had amazing communication with me for the two days the truck was in, giving me a peace of mind my truck was in great hands! I strongly recommend this location the staff and GM was very professional and friendly!
