The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and honestly one of the best vehicle purchases I’ve had. Getting run around about fleet vehicle. If it's this much a headache for that I can't imagine buying a personal vehicle and needing service. // Update. Spoke with Jake and after he got all the information from me, we were able to work everything out while respecting everyone's time. Fantastic guy, very understanding and seems like he truly wants everyone happy and the business to thrive while amazingly navigating both to provide great service. Thank you very much Jake!

My fiance and I purchased a Lincoln from Juettner. We were advised on at least two occasions (one via phone, one in text) that they would fix two issues during negotiations (one related to a tire senser, the other related to the glasses holder that was broken). As we were signing the paperwork, they shared they would not be fixing the glasses holder on the ceiling of the car due to costs. Two more sensers went out within a week of having the vehicle, they covered the cost of two replacements but we still had to pay for one of them. When we brought the vehicle back to their dealership to show them a dent that we were not responsible for, they (mgr and owner) asked us if we had insurance and that they would "help" us with the deductible if we pursued a claim which was concerning (something similar was shared in a different review, FYI). I do not recommend them.

This review is long overdue but it’s been on my list to share our experience that we had with Juettner in October. We bought a used navigator (now affectionately named “Lenny”) from juettner and on delivery we noticed that the modem that controls the bells and whistles was not working- would’ve been impossible for them to know until you tried to set up a new owner. Unfortunately when they fixed the modem, there was an issue with a wiring harness and then an issue with the battery dying… Lenny the Lincoln was in and out of the shop A LOT trying to diagnose the problem. But when I say the team at Juettner stood by their product and promise to take care of the issue and our family- they did so- ten fold. This included Joe Juettner himself driving out to our house on a 20 degree morning to jump start Lenny when my husband was out of town and I had to get my 2 small kiddos to school. The service team was amazing and honest through the whole process. I know AJ hated to see me coming at the end of it- but he always was so helpful, kind and responsive! Long story short- after hours of Juettner covered labor- Lenny is fully operational and amazing. I love the vehicle so much. As does the whole family. She’s beautiful and reliable! And I will not lie… those bells and whistles that are fully operational… are pretty darn fun ;-). Morgan was our sales person and we will absolutely be buying our next vehicle from him. My 5 year old (who is slow to warm to most people) still points to juettner every time we drive past “there’s where Morgan works! I like Morgan!” We’ll be Juettner customers for life. Thanks for doing the right thing, taking care of the people in your community and being a great family business.
