Junction Buick GMC

This was my 10th Vehicle i have purchased fron Junction Auto. I have used 3 different salesman over the years and i have always left satisfied. Matt Emrick, Emily Zullo, And Tom Bond have gone above and beyond and i consider them friends.

I was so happy to purchase my new car from Junction Auto. It was such a pleasant experience with Shawn Woolard deciding which car I wanted. Matt Emrick, sales manager had to work to find exactly the car w/ the interior I wanted! Kudos to the whole sales team & the service people who helped figure out all the new features. They are all the best, buy in Geauga County!

I do feel The Folks at Junction do their best to give everyone a good experience in whatever they do for you if they sale you a vehicle or work on your vehicle. They do try to make it right if there is a issue. I personally have bought a few vehicles from Cliff, Shawn and Mike they are Solid Gentlemen. I have been at other Service Shops and they will call Nate at Junction if they need history on my vehicle and he will still help you out with your needs now that's Service. I will always go to Junction first to buy a vehicle and they always seem to work with me. I do feel like a part of the Junction Family and am veryProud of that. They always have a hello and a warm greeting when I stop in. Give them a Opportunity.

We are very pleased with our new GMC Yukon XL recently purchased at Junction Buick GMC in Chardon, OH. Our Sales Consultant (Tom Bond) was very helpful, and the entire staff at Junction very polite. The overall purchase experience was very positive. Tom has even taken the time to phone us twice since purchase to confirm that we are happy with our new car and answer any questions we might have. His positive attitude is very refreshing, and we look forward to someday doing business with him (and Junction Buick GMC) again.

Anthony my sales rep was great! He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I purchased the vehicle from out of state. Anthony had all my paperwork ready to go which made it extremely smooth when I flew into town to sign and drive of my truck back home. Anthony also arranged for someone from the dealership pick me at my hotel and bring me to the dealership, where everything was ready to go. Dan in finance was also outstanding we had some common interest which made going through the paperwork very easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market. Even though I live out of state I do visit the area yearly and will probably stopping by the dealership the next time I am in town just to say hello because it’s been such a great experience.
