Juneks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Super fast, super helpful and super kind. However, what made my visit less than 5 stars is the fact my car was left disgusting. The inside of driver side door wasn't wiped down nor was the passenger side (and tbf the passenger could've looked like that when I dropped off but to my knowledge it didn't), that doesn't sound like a big deal but for me it is cause I have skin allergies to a lot of things so I know for a fact that the driver side door didn't look like when I dropped off. I've never gotten my car back from anywhere and it look this nasty I'll still be bringing my car for work it needs done and I'm sure I'll have to clean it every time I get it back (I do it anyway and it took 3 1/2 minutes). If reviews are read I'd love to see an improvement on this as the place isn't bad, just needs work on a minor detail💚☺️

Salesman Kevin McGill at Juneks is great! He has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the vehicles he sells. He is also very knowledgeable with extended warranties and prices them extremely competitively! I like the fact that is he laid back and isn't pressuring you to make a decision. If they don't have the vehicle you want on the lot, he will go above and beyond to find it. I can't recommend enough! Give Kevin a call!!

The best car buying experience i have ever had. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all of our questions. No pressure to buy a certain vehicle. We thought we wanted a bigger truck, but after test driving 2 trucks only needed the ram 1500. We were given a fair deal on are tradein and all the special offers.Thank you for a good small town service with big city prices.

Not the type to leave a negative review. Carson and sales were great. For sure would have gotten 5 stars. Where we had a problem was with the service department. They were unprofessional. They cannot get anything done in a timely manner or know how to communicate with customers. I felt very disrespected as a woman trying to deal with the service department. The second my husband calls they magically fix the issue and can now make time for my car. Common trend I noticed when reading other reviews.

Can't be trusted to even do proper recall work. Wife and I got the recall for the airbags and we don't even know if the one that could kill us with shrapnel while driving was changed. How could I be aware of such a thing? They tried to clear ALL error codes without looking at what they were, INCLUDING THE AIRBAG ERROR LIGHT, because the brake light switch throwing the engine light is now not a current error code when I'm the one who accidentally whizz-wheeled through the speed sensor working on the axle. And the $2000 quote for 4 jobs, 3 of which had been done BY ME about 12,000 miles ago, is a JOKE JUST LIKE THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
