# Summary Reviews reveal significantly divided experiences, with some customers praising the sales team's attentiveness and honesty, particularly noting individual salespeople like Mark and Logan for their professionalism and customer-focused approach. However, other customers report serious concerns about service department quality, including incomplete repairs, poor communication, unresponsive management, and sales staff unwilling to compete on pricing despite customer willingness to support a local business.

I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. I bought a vehicle here. It had issues almost immediately. They had the vehicle for 6 months. Couldn't figure it out.. or lack of trying. Then I get it home and it does the same exact thing it did before it went back there. They said they replaced the engine but I have no paperwork at all stating mileage or anything. They were helpful by letting me use a loaner car for 6 months but.. my vehicle came back the same way it left. And they broke a bunch of retaining clips and didn't put half of the hoses and wires back in their clips. And don't respond with anything when I sent them pictures of it. If I were the owner of this establishment I'd look into how my techs are tearing stuff apart..

Best Jeep dealer ever! Mark is an excellent salesman and really helped in the process. Super attentive team and all very upfront/honest, 10/10 shop and team. Thank you all for everything!

Feel free to look up my reviews to gain a level of comfort that I rarely give 1 star reviews. I won't go into too many details... Here's the summary. One of their employees said "Chrysler is cheap" when inquiring about a particular service. Got transferred to the service department. Asked if they could help with a rather standard issue and the response was "no we don't do that". Would recommend the CDJR Blaise Alexander in Lewisburg, or Faulkner in Mechanicsburg. I had a previous interaction with this particular dealer when I was in the market for a new vehicle too. I clearly showed them competing prices and let them know I wanted to support the local dealership and was willing to pay MORE to do that. They didn't even entertain the idea, so I purchased the vehicle for around $6,000 less at a different dealership.

Mark Urick was great through the whole process of purchasing our vehicle. He listened and answered any questions. He was understanding of my situation with another dealership coming in and made me feel that I could trust him. I am very pleased with the service and would 10/10 recommend Mark!

I went into Fairfield ( now Kaiser Bros) in 2020 to buy my first brand new vehicle. I wanted a Jeep Cherokee but did not have the best credit. Logan (sales) & Dave (finance) worked with me and were able to get me in the car I wanted with a payment that worked for me. No one was pushy, and not one person tried to talk to me until i was ready. It is now three years later, and because of my first experience with Kaiser Bros. of Danville, I went back to buy my second brand new vehicle from Logan Witmer. I saw the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted online, but it was still in transit to the dealership. My son and I went down on a Saturday morning and walked all over the lot looking at the other Grand Cherokees that they had in stock. We were not harassed or pushed by anyone. We talked with Logan when I was ready, and he gave me the prices I asked for so I could get my financing through my bank . Monday morning I called and I bought my car. No hassle, and no pushiness. I worked with Logan through the week, and he took my phone calls and texts with curtisey every time, and I had a lot of questions. I was able to drive my second new car off the lot on Thursday that week. I just want to say thank you to Logan for working with me again!
