Mark Baglole was the salesman 'assisting' me when I was looking at a Colorado last week. He was very condescending and dismissive. When it was time to talk numbers in his office he basically just handed me his business card while looking past me at other customers that had entered the showroom. The truck I wanted was on their lot but I have instead bought from Champion Chev in Trail even though it is not readily available on their lot. The professionalism and respect are like night and day between Champion Chev and this dealer, or at least this salesman.

DO NOT GO HERE I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado 5.3 from them. I’m a single mom with no family. I put 10000$ down payment and traded my car in. Their sales staff LIED to me about if the truck went down to 4 cylinders or not. If you know anything about these trucks, if it goes down to 4 cylinders the lifters can fail. They LIED about the work they did before they sold it to me. The Warrenty they sold me isn’t even taken at all GMC dealerships. It started raining in the fall, and the truck gets water all in the inside of the truck. Told me it had a new engine. 6 months later, the engine is full of problems. I got them to admit the lifters had failed before they sold it to me. They NEVER REPLACED the oil pans after the lifter failed, so now I’m stuck doing them. I’ve spent over 2000$ on this truck in the last month and now I’m on the verge of becoming homeless because of this. The engine should have been REPLACED in the summer or at least the oil pans, because of the metal specks from the lifters, but they didn’t do that. I’m not stuck with a POS truck that will repeatedly fail because of the selfishness of the sales people in the dealership. This is straight up stealing. I’m a single mom with no parents and you guys straight up took advantage of me. It’s downright disgusting. Even with the amount I spent I still owe $20000 on a piece of garbage. Good job guys.

Bought my car here, over and above amazing experience! Highly recommend Jordan, super knowledgeable, friendly and went out of the way to explain everything. Sales department was awesome. Best car buying experience I’ve had!

2024 Chevy Blazer RS EV Mike (sales manager) was incredible to deal with. Made the process easy and for once made buying a car, actually a pleasant experience, one without all the games. Jordan in Finance was great as well, straightforward and honest. The service department. Has been incredible through the first 10,000km of owning the car. I am so glad we bought local instead of going out of town to buy. When we need to have the car in for basic maintenance, it gets in right away. Honestly can’t say enough good things and will be a repeat customer in future. 10/10
