Kamloops Honda

Concern Regarding Poor Service Experience at Kamloops Honda I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have received from Kamloops Honda, particularly from the service department. After purchasing a vehicle from your dealership, I expected a much higher standard of care. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. It feels as though once a vehicle is sold, existing customers are no longer treated with importance. During my second service visit, the steering wheel of my vehicle was scratched. When I brought this to your staff’s attention, the response was dismissive, and no proper action was taken. More recently, on Monday, April 6, 2026, I had an appointment to change my vehicle’s tires. After the service, the tires were returned wrapped in muddy and dirty plastic, which resulted in my car’s seatbelt and seats and rear speaker becoming dirty. This is unacceptable. I do not understand why clean or new protective materials were not used, especially considering the value of the vehicle. As a customer who has invested approximately $70,000–$77,000 CAD in a CR-V, I expect a basic level of professionalism, care, and respect. These incidents reflect a lack of attention to detail and poor service standards. I request that this matter be reviewed by senior management. I would also like to know how you intend to resolve the damage and arrange proper cleaning of my vehicle. Please ensure that customers are treated with care and respect, even after the purchase has been completed.

I recently traded in my vehicle at Kamloops Honda and I must say that this was the easiest and most straight forward deal that I have ever been through in purchasing a new truck! The customer service from salesman David Oppenheim was top notch! I finally made the decision to trade in my van and I am very glad that I went to Kamloops Honda. Lane Harvey went over and above to help me get the perfect vehicle that I wanted. He was very kind, knowledgeable and even came in on his day off to help us out. I love my new SUV. Chase in finance made the whole process super easy. Definitely will be coming back to Honda. Took delivery of a new vehicle purchase! Product Advisor Mark Olsen is top notch. No BS, open honest discussions, advocates for his customers. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects - vehicle details/options/operation; service; parts; and finance. Very fast responses to texts and accommodated everything we asked for. Finance Manager Tim Birk was excellent to deal with - explained everything very well; didn't push anything on us yet handled the additional purchases we wanted quickly and efficiently. I recently purchased a SUV from Honda with Lane as my Salesperson. My experience was incredible. It was quick, Lane asked a lot of thorough questions, showed me a lot of options that fit what I wanted out of it (with some cool extras), which ultimately lead to my purchase. He went the extra mile to call and source out and calculate all the pieces I would need to make my vehicle exactly, to a T, what i wanted it to be for me and my lifestyle. I cried getting handed the keys and only felt sincere happiness from everyone who helped me out! Thank you again for my incredible new set of wheels!! 10/10 experience
