I have nothing but incredible things to say about Kamloops Mazda service department team. When I called the service manager Richard on Jan 16 because I was giving up hope that the squealing brakes in my 2025 CX5 would be taken seriously in Kelowna, he took the time to talk to me on the phone for nearly an hour. Because of how caring and genuine he was with me I asked to come to Kamloops to have my car looked at. He agreed with no hesitation. From the moment I walked into the service department on Jan 23 everyone was friendly and took the time to say we will help you figure this out. The service advisor Steve took the time to explain it’s like peeling back layers of the onion to diagnose what’s wrong. So even if it wasn’t just the possibility of the brake pads being the problem they weren’t just going to give up on diagnosing what’s wrong with my 6 month old car. The tech who worked on my car for a few hours was thorough in fixing my car. After changing out all 4 brake pads the issue with the squealing brakes has been resolved. No issues on my drive back to my home in Kelowna. Kamloops Mazda service department has never once made me feel that squealing brakes is “normal” or that my concerns weren’t valid. Thank you Kamloops Mazda service department team.

Had a great experience while having new tires mounted and balanced on April 16, 2026. Service team also added maintenance servicing while car was in the shop, which was great. Got a very good deal on a full set of new tires. 😀 Brought my little dog, Teddy with me, and he was happily received by everyone on staff. Enjoyed coffee while we waited, as well as yummy treats for Teddy! We left with brand new tires and an oil change with service inspection, so felt very good about our trip home. 😀 Very good pricing on all service provided. I've been dealing with Kamloops Mazda for many years, and have always been very happy with the service and comfortable business style of this dealership.
