Co-signed for my son. When receiving the paperwork, I see that they had me as the primary applicant without being asked or even notified. By this time, my son needed the truck, so I just signed. After SEVERAL other issues, he was told something would be taken care of that never was. When he finally called about it, he was given the run around, then never given calls back when they said they would, to finally, apparently getting blocked or at least blatantly ignored because they didn't want to take care of the problem that they promised to take care of from the get-go. Less than a $500 fix... they would rather screw customers. Zero customer service. Unprofessional thieves. I would never recommend them and warn anyone to go elsewhere, anywhere.

Had a great experience buying a new Pacifica. Diego and John made the negotiation painless, working with me on price via email, then passed me on to Nykolas, who allowed my wife and I to complete credit check and confirm interest rates over the phone and email. Made an appointment to come in and complete the process, showed up, did a quick test drive to make sure all was good with the van, then worked with Nykolas to sign paperwork and go through the usual service options. Oscar gave us a quick walkthrough of features and answered all of our questions. We were driving home with our new van in 3 hours. That evening, I realized that we'd made a choice I wasn't really pleased with on the extended warranty and emailed Nykolas. He was out of office the next day, but found me an option that everybody was happy with the day after, and we signed some new paperwork online that day. This was the smoothest car buying process we've been through in many years.

Stopped in at 1 PM today for an oil change. Large sign in the window says "No Appointment Necessary". Was asked "do you have an appointment?" I said "no". I was told "we're fully booked for today". I looked in the service bay; 4 spaces, only one vehicle. Very disappointed. The sign should be taken down if it's not their policy.

Very disappointed in a company that I thought was rock solid. We purchased 2 brand new vehicles from here within a year and a half and convinced 2 friends to also buy vehicles there. Went back for some glass issues that we had questioned from day one and nobody we dealt with works there anymore. Current staff pretty much said O WELL there was nothing they could do. What I thought was our unicorn find of dealerships just turned out to be another wolf in sheep's clothing. I guess I'm just lucky to find this out before we purchased our daughters graduation present. I would have given negative stars if that was an option.
