Best service experience I have had on the road ever. I was greeted by Art in service with no air conditioning and no appointment. He waved me in like I was one of his best customers. The mechanics came and asked a few questions and they took my truck and finished putting in a new fan motor faster then most places change your oil. Everyone at this dealership was positive and helpful. What a team the owner built a incredible dealership. Service like this can't be found in many places.

We had a car engine fail on us about 200 miles from home and needed to consider a new vehicle. Everyone at Karl of Webster City Chevrolet dealership went out of their way to help us through the challenge. Art in service, Royce in sales, Nathan in finance and Damion in delivery/orientation all were very kind and helpful. In particular, since we were not planning and researching to buy a new vehicle, we appreciated Royce Nessa. He helped us consider various models, take three test drives and answer several questions. His low key approach and empathy for our situation was greatly appreciated as well as very helpful.

Joe Bosch was great as a seller. Responsive, helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable. The transaction process was smooth, and what really had me leaving the dealership happy was how well the team cleaned and detailed the vehicle before sending me off with it. This was my best vehicle transaction by far.
