We had a wonderful car buying experience on all levels. This is the second Jeep we have purchased thru them. Tim helped us thru the whole process. He was great! Greg worked at finding us the right car. When there was a hiccup with the dealer who had the one we thought we wanted, John stepped up and found an even better one for us at a different dealer. We were were so surprised when we showed up to sign paperwork to get the transfer moving....John told us the car was here and getting detailed. Gareth was so patient walking us thru all the paperwork and tech stuff. John ended up getting us a better deal than we walked in with. When they brought our new Jeep out, the team cared enough to send it back to detailing just to make sure it was perfect. During that time we met Judi. She was so sweet. She wanted to make sure we were covered and, even though we already have insurance, provided some options to think over....without pressure. Like I said, Tim was with us through the whole process. We drove out of our way...Lake Stevens to Burington, for the car and experience. Would do it again!! 5*****
