Andrew was super friendly and very accommodating. They provided plenty of information for an out of state purchase and were great with communication. Would definitely recommend. *review edit* After picking me up from the airport, Andrew went out of his way to give me the Wisconsin hospitality I had hoped for. Kayser dealership was a fun experience and everyone there was super friendly. The whole process was simple and easy. What really made it special was the Wisconsin gift box full of cheese and the beer after work. I feel like I made a new friend to go along with this awesome vehicle.

We loved our experience with DJ. This was our first time buying a new-used vehicle from a large dealership. DJ was personable and helpful. We love our vehicle. Our only complaint would be it was a little clumsy of a process. They just seemed to be very busy. In the end, they did a great job working with us and making sure we were taken care of. Rene (I believe) was great and made some fixes to our purchase agreement and got us fully taken care of. We will likely go back here again in the future. Like I said, my only complaint was a little bit of a chaotic feeling in arranging everything but that can happen when you've got a few things going on at once.

Our salesman, DJ, was extremely friendly, outgoing and helpful from the very first contact, and once we got to know him better, we enjoyed his warm and friendly personality even more. I can't say enough good things about our experience with purchasing a vehicle from Kayser Chrysler. Our salesperson DJ was awesome. Very knowledgable and enjoyable to talk with. The kind of person you would enjoy kicking back and having a beer with. It was a rainy day the day we came it to look at the vehicle and DJ had it pulled inside for us to look at it without dealing with the weather. I have purchased many vehicles over the years at many different dealers throughout the state and I can honestly say this was the very best experience of any of them.
