Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown

I recently purchased a "Certified" Dodge from this dealership in Watertown. Upon driving it in my garage when I came home it was noticed that neither the washer fluid hose, or the air intake were properly connected. While these were very simple repairs i was able to complete, my concern was, I am now with a vehicle that could have had lack of any air filtration, doing possible unseen damage to the engine. More concerning, was that the "certified checklist" stated all these items were checked as meeting standards. To be fair, they did offer to come and fix the issues, but I had already completed them. I inquired about the 3 day return policy as I felt that was a safer route given the now unknown condition of the engine in the vehicle. Since the vehicle was picked up on a Friday evening close to closing, and they were unable to connect me with anyone on Saturday when I called. By the time they reached out to me Monday afternoon, they stated the " 3 day return policy" no longer applied, and were unable to refund me my money or swap me with another vehicle. Everyone was polite and efficient, but at the end of the day, used a weekend to back out of their 3 day return policy and left me with the risk going forward. I would be very cautious about purchasing any vehicles from this dealership.

I contacted Scott in sales about a vehicle on the lot (2022 Rebel). I wanted to verify condition of the truck before making the 90 minute drive. Scott was extremely helpful in assuring me that the vehicle in question was absolutely worth the drive. He was correct. Not only did I purchase the truck, but spent several hours with the staff due to an Illinois website issue. Scott, his twin brother, and every single staff member from finance to the parts department were an absolute joy to deal.with. There were no hidden fees, everything was up front, honest and the truck was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks for your next vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed, because their entire staff will not allow it! 5 stars for sure!

It was a very smooth experience with no surprises! I ask a lot of questions when purchasing a vehicle and I really appreciated their patience. Everyone at kayser in Watertown has gone above and beyond to help me get into a new vehicle fast after I totaled mine. Derek went above and beyond to make sure that I found something that I was going to love. Made sure that I had a “loaner” car in the meantime. He sent 2 members of his team on a Saturday to pick up a vehicle that I was interested in from a sister dealership over an hour away. Everything was so friendly and welcoming. My experience was top notch and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle.
