Keating Hyundai

This is the absolute worst dealership I have dealt with by far. The sales and finance team didn’t break things down the way they should have and I had to find out things after the fact. Once they get your money you’re not a priority anymore. I had issues five days after purchasing my bmw. The heater coil messed up along with the breaks going. Out of 30 days I had my bmw for like a week because I had to take it to them twice to get fixed and both times I had to take my bmw back because they just left it parked on the lot. Never called the warranty to make sure the issue fell under it or anything. Now the guy in service Greg he was amazing. He was very professional and understanding he had done all he could do to help but it was the actual managers who done nothing and didn’t hold up their end of the bargain. So I canceled the warranties and I’m glad I’m not going to have to deal with them ever again and by the way I called the warranty company myself and she broke things down to me and explained a lot of stuff wasn’t covered under my warranty. When I purchased the warranty I was told my vehicle was COMPLETELY covered no matter what happened and that was so far from the truth. So if your thinking about going to Keaton please be careful because them are nice until they get your money.
