The piece for the used car was great and the trade-in was generous. Result was a done deal. Picking up the car was facilitated by Roy Mitchell. Again, no hassle, all paperwork ready, no attempt to upsell any add-ons. Overall, a very pleasurable experience. Highly Recommend them.

I got a lease from here back in November. I brought with me my partner to help understand the paperwork since I have not gotten a car lease before. We explicitly asked Ernie if me having an out of state ID would effect this loan and were told no. Here we are down the line and the bank has not been able to obtain the title and now they have raised my interest rate as it was stated in the contract. I feel extremely mislead on this and do not recommend. (Salesman was incredible and the only part of this experience that has been good with this dealership).

Had an awesome experience with steve! Test drove an 18 ram 1500. He was knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, just wasn't the truck I was looking for. To work with someone who isn't pushy and under stands you are looking for the one for you, will definitely get me back in this dealership again and again!

Service department is absolutely terrible. Made an appointment over a week ago for squeaking noise and vibration on my brand new ram 2500 showed up to my appointment an hour early to drop it off and let them have it as long as needed, I was told they close at 5:30pm. 5:25pm came around, no call. So I called to see what was up. I was told it’s ready. When I went to go pick up the truck nothing was fixed. No parts were ordered and I was handed a BLANK summary of the mechanics findings. The truck was at the dealership for five hours.. I asked why no parts were ordered or nothing was fixed and the gentleman told me because our Parts department closes at 5 PM and they were very busy today.. wasn’t that the point of making an appointment that I waited over a week for?? I dropped my truck off at noon with an appointment for 1 PM so that tells me they blew off my appointment to do other things probably since I wasn’t there, and they just fit me in whenever they wanted (because of warranty work)did nothing about anything AND never called me. The next day still no phone call, so on my way to work I stopped in to see if I could find any updates on what was going to happen to my truck, once again nothing was ordered. Nothing was talked about nothing was scheduled, and I was confronted by the owner, asking why I was at his dealership when I did not buy it from him. I was very thrown off. I work right next to this dealership so it was convenient for me to drop the truck off and get to work via walking. I assumed since I just paid $65,000 for a brand new Dodge ram whether it was from his dealer or not it has a factory warranty and it was acceptable to go there. I wasn’t going there asking for an engine. I was simply asking for a new belt or a tensioner and to check the alignment under warranty. I don’t feel that was too much to ask for since the truck had less than 1k miles… terrible experience do not recommend this dealership for anything.
