I brought my car to Keffer Mazda for regular maintenance, which included an oil change. I was informed by the service department that the oil was good for 5,000 miles. After driving only 3,000 miles, a "low engine oil" warning light appeared on my dashboard. I took the vehicle to a different service center to check for potential leaks, and they confirmed that there is no oil leak. After contacting Keffer Mazda regarding the issue, it is clear that the oil change was not performed to the correct specifications or the oil level was not properly filled during the initial appointment which was on Jan 05, 2026

After going to multiple different dealerships, Keffer Mazda by far has been the best experience I’ve had. Sonny and Alona were amazing! Extremely professional and willing to work with you and your budget. I don’t know what’s in the air over there but the staff WANT you to leave satisfied. Everyone had a smile. The finance team is so personable and nice which I never thought I’d say after the other dealerships I’ve seen. I got a 2017 cx5 but felt like I left with a 2025. I highly recommend Keffer Mazda, specifically Sonny and Alona. I will be telling my friends.
