One of the best Ford dealership customer service experiences we've had in years. We have a newer explorer that threw an engine code coming over i90 through Cle Elum, we pulled over at a rest stop and called this dealership and Danny helped us. He was professional, kind, calm and put us at ease and told us he would check the car out right away. We made it to the dealership safely and he got us right in and determined the issue, and fixed it promptly. We were on a time sensitive trip with our kids passing through, and feel that he really took the time to help us and was genuine. We truly appreciate his kindness amd urgency in getting us taken care of. Thank you Danny!!

Do not give your hard earned money to these clowns at Kelleher Motor, Andy specifically. After 2 hours of taking possession of a vehicle from Kelleher, the transmission blew out during our first drive. After returning the vehicle to the dealership for support, the vehicle was taken for diagnostics. Andy proceeded to then ignore countless phone calls and emails from us asking for updates and a resolution or even a simply acknowledgment with empathy for the situation. When we finally heard from him after his ghosting spree on day THREE, it was to simply terminate the sale on the vehicle because it evidently could not be resolved. We now have a hard pull against our credit from them, no car to show for it, and weeks of time wasted. It’s astounding how little these people cared about the situation they put us in and the fact that they are clearly selling lemons to hard working members of our community. The owner of this dealership should be so embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for doing business like this, and employing salesmen like Andy.

To say our buying experience was a good one would be understating it! The Kelleher Team was exceptional! Our salesman Mat, Sales Manager Drew, as well as the finance staff went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was second to none. Our trade in was valued very fairly and the final price of our 2025 Bronco Sport was the best I found in the state. We will definitely be buying from Kelleher Ford again in the future. Job well done team.

Great customer service. Matt was very easy to work with and not high pressure sales. He was very friendly & considerate of my wants. I had seen the vehicle on line and I knew what I wanted. I have wanted a Bronco since they came out but Matt made it happen.
