We had an absolute great experience here, starting with our first contact with Diana to the follow up she did after our purchase. Our sales rep Brandon Sanandres could not have done a better job at understanding our needs and doing the extra work it took to give us the best financing and offer possible. This transaction incorporated a first time purchase for our son, and Brandon made him feel important in every step - as well as making sure he understood everything. Brandon took the approach of how he would want something handled for himself and his family, and that is hands-down the best service you can ever get! We highly recommend and will come back here for our future purchases.

This dealership is the definition of the stereotypical dealership. Rude sales people that wouldn’t even introduce themselves. They have a truck on the lot that has been there for 6 months. They’re asking $25k which is way overpriced for that truck. The sales guy tried to argue with me and offer me $2k for a super duty with 120k miles. Even though their truck was a 2007 1500 Silverado with 118k miles. The sales guy tells me it’s a very sought after truck and the owner won’t sell for less than $25k even though it’s been there for 6 months. Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Doesn’t seem like they want to sell anything. Kelley is not a good place to buy from

Kelley’s is the place to go we got a BIG BEAST OF A TRUCK !!!!! They were all helpful in making sure we got my Dream Truck Pete & Justin are amazing guys they know how to treat people everyone there was so personable and we felt comfortable that’s how people should be in this world yes they were selling us a vehicle but I have been to places and walked out because they don’t have the kind of people that you can have a connection with I want to thank you guys for making this happen for us I for one am very grateful & so excited to wake up after the past few years I’ve had I’m very happy ……. Donuts are coming !!!!!! Lol

!HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband and i stopped here to “look” at a truck. The fact that no one came out to try to pressure me to buy a car made me like this place very much! We decided to ask for pricing on a truck and Justin was ready to help. Justin took his time and explained things to us that no one has ever took the time to explain which made us even more comfortable. He was able to work out a deal that fit us as best as he could. We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership and we couldn’t be any more happier. Also a huge thanks to Peter as well for helping us along the process!
