I’ve used Kelly’s twice within the past year, and both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. Their team is always helpful, courteous, and truly goes above and beyond with customer service. The most recent time I used them, my cylinder head needed to be replaced and it was part of a recall, which meant I had to wait about 6 months. Even with the long wait, they kept me updated the entire time and made sure I always knew what was going on. That level of communication and care really meant a lot. I would absolutely use them again if I ever have any more issues!

Mike and the team provided outstanding customer service. During an oil change and tire rotation, they completed the service along with finding things proactively that were replaced or fixed under the car warranty. They also let me know I needed 4 new tires. Although I usually do not buy tires from dealers, they had the tires I prefer along with comparable pricing. Because of the great customer service I received, I am also going to give them the tire business. Kelly Volkswagen is hands down one of the best dealerships in NEPA and a major contributor to that is their service department. I trust them!

Me and my significant other couldn’t be happier with our car purchase. Joseph Cawley was amazing—helpful, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel welcomed. I love coming to Kelly VW! First - it's like visiting with friends and/or family.... always happy to see you! Second - the service is impeccable. I have my car inspected, oil changed and any other service my car may require. The fellows at the Service Desk couldn't be any nicer. They explain anything that was done to my car in full detail every time. They are organized and extremely knowledgeable. The technicians working on my car are neat and super experienced. Since I have moved to PA in 2017 I have not and will not go anywhere else to service my car! Thank you Kelly VW for everything!! 😊

Absolutely awful! Took my car in for its annual maintenance with an additional issue and 2 recalls. 1 recall was said to be “fixed” lol it wasn’t the screen still snows. Second recall they removed my engine cover with no replacement cover available. They advised my vibration was better! It’s worse and now it pulls hard to the right. I guess I’m confused as to what actually occurred that day they had it and won’t be taking it back here ever.
