I had an excellent experience getting my tires serviced and wanted to give a big thank you to Dean Stephens and Leticia Moody for their outstanding customer service. They got me in right away and were incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. I was offered a comfortable place to wait and told to relax in the lounge with a coffee while they took care of everything, which made the whole experience stress-free. They also kept me updated by text so I always knew what was happening and how things were progressing. The service was quick, efficient, and handled with genuine care and attention. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process and how respectful and friendly they were throughout. Overall, just an awesome experience — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
