The dealership receives consistently strong praise for sales staff professionalism, transparent negotiations, and courteous treatment on the lot, with particular recognition for individual specialists who provide knowledgeable and efficient service. However, significant complaints emerge regarding follow-up service, communication failures, unresolved mechanical issues, and inconsistent customer service quality, with several customers reporting repeated ghosting and unmet commitments after purchase.
I want to highlight the excellent work. Bryan is a highly qualified specialist and a truly wonderful person. He was able to get to the heart of the matter and help me choose and purchase a car. No unnecessary requests or documents! Everything was very fast and high-quality! Bryan, thank you and your team! You are the best!
Went to the dealership as they had a used vehicle I was interested in. As a walk in on the lot customer, I was not pressured to "come inside" so they could collect all my information before showing me a vehicle. In fact, they allowed me to look at the vehicle without pressure, which kept me there. When it came to the negotiation, very transparent with respectful dialouge. Was able to settle on a fair price. They have also had good follow through since purchase. Very positive purchase experience.
100% recommend this dealership for their service. Bindu Dania in the service dept was the most pleasant and knowledgeable person I have ever met at this dealership! She was outstanding from the moment I walked in to have my Jeep serviced. She went above and beyond to make me happy. I walked away feeling like I was taking care of, all my questions were answered, and my jeep was running like brand new. 5 ⭐ to her and the whole team that worked on my Jeep! I am beyond happy and hope this standard of service remains for all future visits. Thank you!
Marilyn (Service Manager) which when I asked for her name she told me it was Julie, was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful employees I have ever dealt with at a dealership. When I asked for her name, she initially provided me with a false one. Throughout the experience, I found her to be manipulative, dishonest, and condescending in the way she communicated with me. Despite spending thousands of dollars with the dealership while attempting to repair my vehicle, the issue was never actually resolved — the truck was misdiagnosed, and I was ultimately left with a $1,500 bill without a proper fix. I was told it will cost another $3,500 to actually fix the issue. To make matters worse, I was told I was “lucky” I was not charged for a loaner vehicle, despite the circumstances, and was even advised that I should simply sell my truck. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I’ve purchased around 10 vehicles from this dealership and will never give them another cent. After reading all other reviews it seems as if this is a regular occurrence. A company’s employees represent its brand, and in my opinion, this type of conduct should not reflect the standards of a professional dealership or how paying customers are treated. I would be embarrassed to have Marilyn represent my brand. On the other hand, Steve the service advisor was professional and understanding.
I bought a pre owned gladiator rubicon here two months ago. The sales experience was great, fair negotiations and I got an excellent trade in valuation. Sales dept also gave a wicked deal on some new tires and a fair deal on some wheels. Then I signed on the dotted line… buckle up for this rant. It started when I was first told I’d get a phone call the following Monday to update me on the wheels and tires coming in. The update never came, didn’t think much of it. I gave my sales person a call the next day and never received a call back despite him being in the office. A couple days later I get a call back with an update that it will be a couple more days. No big deal. A couple more days go by and crickets…. Finally after several declined calls 2 weeks later my wheels and tires are in and I make an appointment to come down and have them installed. I had made a list of a few questions I had about my new purchase. One of the questions being that for some reason the vehicle didn’t come with a spare tire. My girlfriend went in to pick up the vehicle and ask said questions, when bringing up the spare tire the service tech made remark that most people don’t care about having a spare tire and many of the new ones don’t actually come with one. The service tech gave her a small bottle of tire sealant that explicitly states on the bottle the maximum tire size it is effective for. (not even close to the 35s I’m running, not to mention how useless that is if you blow out the sidewall) the rest of the questions she felt were brushed off and none were answered to satisfaction. Whatever I’ll figure the rest out myself. I now have two small grievances that need attention- the spare tire carrier was removed by the previous owner for whatever reason, and one of the fenders was slightly misaligned and needed a few clips to be put back into place. Over 8 weeks I was ghosted countless times, I had to physically show up to the dealership to get any answers. My answers included “we will see what we can do” and “will let you know tomorrow”. Updates were never delivered and I had to pester the manager I was dealing with every week just to get half answers. I was told the parts to get the spare tire carrier would be over $1000 dollars and was never followed up on about the fender. I showed said manager that parts are $200 OEM from Mopar Canada and once again was told “we’ll see what we can do” and then ghosted with no follow up. The other day I received a text that the spare tire is mounted and balanced on the steel rim and ready for pickup. I went in today to pick it up and big surprise it wasn’t ready. Had to wait north of an hour for them to mount and balance a single tire. They finally roll it out and a completely different tire of the wrong size was put on the rim. At this point it’s just absolutely comical how I’ve been treated after shaking hands on the largest purchase of my life. So buyer beware if you’re buying a vehicle here and need any additional parts/services. At the end of the day I give up trying to get anything out of these guys, even though what I needed was the absolute bare minimum.
