I really enjoyed my purchase experience at Kelowna Subaru. Brian helped me find the right car (and right trim level) for me and was very informative without being pushy in any way. And he was always prompt and professional when answering my many questions over email/text. Tara was great to work with as well, helping sort out all of the financing/payment/warranty details and making delivery day a breeze. She also helped coordinate PPF (paint protection film) installation with a third party vendor so my car was 100% ready to go on delivery day. Service advisor Gary was really great. Very helpful dealing with our fleet company and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They offered a shuttle to my office and the driver was very personable. The technician was efficient and detailed with what he found and with the work to be done.

My wife bought a new Subaru Crosstrek from Kelowna Subaru and it was a fantastic, no pressure, no nonsense experience. We dealt with Kiley, and he was professional and not sketchy like some of the other dealerships that we checked out to compare cars and prices. There was no talk of price and then when you sit down to get to the details, suddenly the price changes drastically. My wife dealt with Kiley in person, over the phone and by email and he answered all of her questions that she had during the buying, trade in and ordering process. We were very happy with Kelowna Subaru and Kiley and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. My wife also traded in her old car, which she loved, and she received a fair price for it. Unfortunately, purchasing a car nowadays can be a very painful process, but everything was smooth and how a new car purchase should be at Kelowna Subaru.
