I just recently purchased a vehicle from Kelsey Chevrolet. I worked with Steve and Dylan, from the time I walked in the dealership interested in a van to the second I left with my vehicle the experience was fantastic! They were very honest, knowledgeable, welcoming and willing to meet all of my needs to get a deal done. Cannot express my gratitude enough, highly recommend and will be buying more vehicles in the future!

Their service department has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They worked on my car created another problem. Took my car back in for them to fix they had it 8 days and no one would call me back to give me update on what was going on. I had to drive to the dealership to get a update. 10 days later got my car back not fixed. Was told when I picked it up the head manager would call me to figure out what to do next. We'll 8 days later no phone call. Do better Jeremy Mark and Steve.

The absolute best experience I think I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Willard was fantastic—he showed us multiple options across different models and price ranges and never pushed us in any direction. I will absolutely recommend Kelsey and Willard to anyone I know who’s looking for a car. Any future vehicle I purchase will be from Kelsey, no doubt.
