I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I was trying to purchase a vehicle for my sister and clearly communicated that we needed it urgently. The dealership is about 540 km away from me, so I made that effort expecting at least basic professionalism and communication. Initially, Nathan Langley (sales) was helpful and responsive, which I appreciated. However, once financing became involved, things went downhill. My sister’s credit application was declined, so I immediately tried to move forward using my own credit and was ready to provide a down payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the finance department, especially Selah Manley, I received no proper response or follow-up. Instead of communicating or giving me a chance to proceed, the vehicle was sold to someone else without any notice. This lack of communication and urgency—especially after I clearly expressed my situation—is extremely unprofessional. If a deal cannot proceed, at least inform the customer rather than ignoring them. I expected better service, especially considering the distance and seriousness of my intent to buy. Would not recommend based on this experience.

All I can say is, "WOW"!! Paul and the new Manager went above & beyond my expectations, they gave me such a great deal I had to look at the contract a few times more to believe what I'm seeing, but man oh man, theses guys are absolutely the best. Their salesmanship, their desire to give you the best deal & trade-in value is amazing. I got the truck I wanted, I got the salesman & manager of the year!! I absolutely love my new truck and I'm already letting family & friends know about how well I was treated. They told me, "We want to Earn you business", and by god they did that!!! I woke up this morning and looked out my window and seen our new truck in our driveway and I'm a proud new owner of a 2018 F150 XLT Super Crew 4x4 XTR ford truck with a 2.7 liter twin turbo v6! I absolutely love it, it has 325 HP and 400 LBs of torque and the color is perfect! So, I shopped around got an ok trade-in value at other dealers but nothing felt right so I ended up talking to Paul at Keltic and it's the best thing I ever did. So, PLZ if you're in the mood for a new truck or vehicle give Paul a call and let them know Hubert sent you, these guys will go above & beyond to earn your business! The willingness to match the deal we were looking for , the value of the trade in , and the extra attention when presenting the vehicle for us to purchase. It was clean , had been well serviced and road ready. Our questions were answered quickly . Staff were friendly and easy to talk with. Our experience was wonderful , the truck is fantastic and meets our needs. We will absolutely consider Keltic Ford first for our next new vehicle 🛻 😎

Nathan was absolutely phenomenal, he is very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough and honest, and definitely went above and beyond to make my experience as a first time buyer exceptional. I would recommend him to anyone! Everyone at the dealership is kind and welcoming and Mitch made a point to introduce himself directly to me, and definitely helped seal the deal. Great leadership, great team!! Saleh was phenomenal and didn’t leave me with any questions or surprises! 10/10 all around.
