Brian Brown is an excellent salesman for Kemna Auto in Algona,IA. We did not know exactly what we were looking for and he gave us information on so many options. We had our day planned out to go to at least 5 Ford dealerships and we ended up buying at our first stop of the day. He is a great source of information.
One common question when getting any work done is “Did you buy it from us” THAT question should never be asked when warranty work is concerned!! Took my Jeep in for auxiliary battery and paint corrosion issues. Was told neither could be covered. I’d try to take it back where you bought it. $180 bill for diagnostics and I left not happy! I fixed the aux battery myself and then called another dealership and they said both should be covered without question! Going in to have the paint fixed next week at another dealership! Lesson learned the hard way!!
