Ken Ganley Hyundai Parma

I came in I came in Saturday for two flat tires spoke to the service manager Jon due to them wrecking my car in the front panel. He cussed at me and yelled at me and told me he is not going to fix it overtake responsibility. It will not help in any resolution. It will not contact the general manager for help horrible service, horrible people.

My entire experience with Ken Ganley Hyundai has been excellent. From the moment. I walked in the door to buy my vehicle. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I was brand new to Cleveland as I relocated to Cuyahoga County for a new job. I did not have friends or family locally to help me, so they even delivered my vehicle to my house. They continue to surprise and delight me in my service experiences too . I would highly recommend anyone considering buying a new car to visit them. You will not be disappointed.

It’s sad to realize that hateful/ignorant people work for Ken Ganley Hyundai in Parma. The place I chose to purchased my vehicle , I can’t trust to service the car. I thought it was just me but I KNOW now that someone in the service department meticulously sabotaging my car with a little dent here a little scratch there A little rip here Things you really wouldn’t pay attention to until you do WOW I REACHED OUT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER. I HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING BACK. I’M REALLY CONSIDERING TRADING MY CAR IN SO I DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH HYUNDAI anymore from the moment you hand your keys over too the person /service guy until they actually service your vehicle someone is damaging my vehicle so sad
