I went into Ganley Imports specifically because of there being three different brands of cars at one location, and my goal was the best price for a lease. Tina greeted me right away and had a very knowledgeable but not pushy presence. She listened to me and ultimately helped me find exactly what I needed! The process took a while, but I expected that because of the complexity of such a large purchase. There were several other employees involved, including someone from the finance department and someone that assisted me in going over details of the car I purchased before I drove it off the lot. Both of those employees were excellent to work with and really put me at ease throughout the process. Tina suggested two different vehicles, and we went through the process of seeing which one would be the best deal for me with my budget and down payment. I believe that the whole team worked very hard to get me into a great vehicle that was within the price point that I asked for. Walked in knowing I was going to buy a great car but this team made the experience fun, easy, and comfortable. Everyone was kind and friendly and you can really tell they care about selling you something you will love. They met all of my needs and then some. Would recommend to anyone.
