Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe

I’ve been looking at potentially replacing my 2018 Honda CR-V with a Subaru. My husband and I went in on a Friday and met with Brian. I explained what I was looking at maybe trading my Honda for either a Crosstrek or Forester. Brian worked up numbers with sales and came to an agreeable price for the new car and the trade value of my CR-V. Brian explained different features that each vehicle model had, encouraged me to ask questions, he was patient and not pushy at all. I decided to go with a 2026 Forester and couldn’t be happier! Everyone that we worked with was extremely friendly, patient, made sure that questions were answered and explained the process. It was truly a refreshing experience - I’m used to going in and haggling over a trade value AND the purchase price. I did get a fair trade value and the purchase price was about where I expected it to be. They made the whole process easy. I would most definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Subaru. The ease of this process really took the stress out of the car buying experience. Thank you so much Terry and Brian! Joy was absolutely amazing to work with. I hate the car buying process and had a tricky situation, but she made everything seemless and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, lease program, and finance. She worked with me both over the phone and in person. I highly recommend working with her when purchasing a new vehicle. Especially if it causes anxiety as it does for me. I have to add Terry in finance and Joe to the review as both were also just wonderful to work with. They were both very helpful in every way, never making us feel pressured, which is very important to me, and ensured all of our needs were met within what we were comfortable with. Joe then helped our aunt purchase a used vehicle, going above and beyond to make it work with her limited resources. Thank you!

Took my girlfriend’s E36 to get an alignment. The car is on coilovers and is very low. Thankfully, they have an in-ground alignment rack so, the car is at no risk of damage. Brandon Beck has always and will always make sure that my cars are very well taken care of. He himself is an enthusiast, so he understands how to properly work with older and modified cars like her E36. I will forever recommend anyone to go to Subaru of Wickliffe for alignments, ESPECIALLY while Brandon is the one handling the vehicles.

Did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe, but the honest, transparent & quick communication had be confident & ready to buy. Matthew Ferdig was very responsive & provided everything I asked for. One of the rare times I was able to get photos before an inspection, which I respected highly. Especially since I was handling all communications via email, and most sales people do not like that. They are all trained to just get you in the store. Why haven't they learned that sometimes that's the WORST thing you could do to a customer. Bring them in just to let them down, hoping to catch them vulnerable and just willing to settle into something. There is NO worries of that here at Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe and Matthew Ferdig. I would absolutely be confident purchasing a vehicle here. It was just refreshing to have such good interactions without actually having to visit the store. (Because it was a distance to travel) I can't speak on much else, as I didn't purchase here, but I can say that I felt comfortable & confident if I was to do business with them. I purchased my Subaru Legacy Sport from this dealership and every step of the process was great. It was my first time leasing a car and Dario and Brandon, in finance, helped me get the best payment for my budget! I even pre-bought my oil changes and tire rotations as a package and it barely raised my monthly payment! Highly recommend this Subaru dealership. Best in Northeast Ohio!
